After seeing the viral rebrand of the M&M’s characters who they feel are now "representative of the consumer,” I designed my own lineup of the chocolate bites and aimed to capture the actual essence of Gen Z and not what old men think they would like... so I made the candy sexy. As I just said I wanted the characters to be sexy, but I also wanted to make the overall presentation less old-fashioned and more playful and young. I think the fact that it uses branding, packaging, and character design makes it a good asset to my portfolio.
